Mr John Barrass "My grandad," a man who had to be tall and as proud of him to be able to
fill his shoes, everyone was put before him he always helped others before himself, I've never
had the privelage before to explain a man like my grandad. He was in the royal navy fighting for his
country, saved a friend from death, had a beautiful wife My nana Mary, four fantastic children,
Aunty June, Uncle john, my mam, Hazel, and our "10p annie" my Aunty Jennifer, everyone of
those loved him in their own special way because they had to, he touched them with his memories in
so many loving ways that's why he was so special, me being his Grandaughter loved him so much
he was my second "dad" always there, spoiling my, healing me when i'd fallen
he's just so addictiveXX

for we had a special bond, my angel and me.

But I've been so sad since we had to part.
